Can I change the bank account that the rental payments are going into?
You can very well change your bank account that the rent payments are going to. Please follow the instructions below to do the same.
For Basic Plan Users
– Navigate to Tenants Tab >> Tenant Center >> click on Change Deposit option >> Choose Create a New Bank account >> Click Ok >> Enter Bank Details and hit Add.
For Premium Plan Users
Navigate to Banks Tab >> Bank Center >> Click on Add New Bank Account >> Enter Bank Details and check mark the box for Enable this account for Online Payments >> Click Save.
Once done, navigate to Property >> Property Center >> click on Take Actions for the property you would like associate the new bank account to >> Click on Edit Property >> Now click on Default Bank Account >> Choose Specify Bank Account >> Choose the bank account for the respective category >> Hit Save.
Once done, the new bank account will be mapped with the respective property.
