How to Make a One-Time Payment with SimplifyEm

You can easily make a specific one-time payment using our One-Time Payment feature within SimplifyEm. To utilize this option, you must first have your Online Rent Payment set up. Additionally, your Landlord or Property Manager needs to enable you for the One-Time Payment feature. This ensures that you have the necessary permissions to complete the transaction smoothly.

To proceed with the payment, follow these steps:

1. Sign in to your Tenant Portal Account by visiting our homepage at www.simplifyem.com

2. Once you have logged in, you will land on the Manage Online Rent Payment page. This is where you can manage all your payment options and view your payment history

3.On this page, you will be able to specify the exact amount you wish to pay for this one-time transaction. Make sure to double-check the amount to avoid any discrepancies.

4. After entering the desired payment amount, simply follow the prompts to complete the one-time payment.
