How do I see how much the tenant owes me?

Navigate to the Tenants Tab and then choose the “Tenant Balance History” page.

Once on the page, select the property where the tenant resides, then choose the specific tenant whose payment history you want to review. You will be able to see how much the tenant owes currently or on a monthly basis, as well as the total outstanding balance.

This feature provides an easy way to track rent payments and monitor any overdue amounts or discrepancies in tenant payments, giving you a clear overview of the tenant’s payment status at a glance.
