How can I generate an income and expense/cash flow report for a specific time interval?
To generate an Income & Expense Report for a specific time period, follow these steps to get a clear overview of your property’s financial performance:

Go to the “Reports” page, and locate the “Income & Expense” section.
- Expand the “Income & Expense Report” subsection.
- Choose the desired time interval for your report. You can select specific months (e.g., from January to your chosen end month) or generate a report for an entire year.
- Click “Generate” to create the report.
The report will be displayed in a separate window, providing you with a detailed overview of your net income and expenses. This report can be tailored to individual properties or a combined summary of all properties. For property managers, the system offers the flexibility to create separate reports for different clients by enabling the “Property Manager” option (See Details for more information).
Once generated, you can print the report using the “Print Report” link located in the top-right corner of the window. This allows you to easily share the document or maintain physical records for future reference.
