How do I setup a place for Tenants/Owners/Vendors to login to see their information?
You can set up a Tenant Portal, Owner Portal, or Vendor Portal by inviting them to create their own portal accounts. Once they are verified and set up, they can log in to their portal by visiting www.SimplifyEm.com and clicking the “Sign In” button.
How to set up a Tenant Portal?
For example, to set up a Tenant Portal (you can follow similar steps for owners through the Owner Center and vendors through the Vendor Center):
- Click on the “Tenants” tab, which will take you to the Tenant Center page.
- In the Tenant Center, click on the “Setup Tenant Portal” link. A new window will open, allowing you to send an email invitation to tenants to set up their portal.
- The tenant will receive an email with a link. After clicking the link, they can proceed to create their portal account.
- Once the tenant has created their portal account, they can log in by going to apps.simplifyem.com and clicking the “Sign In” button to access their tenant portal.
