What kind of information can be published there?
As a Property Manager or Landlord, you have the ability to publish important documents to the Tenant Portal, Owner Portal, or Vendor Portal. This allows you to easily share information with your tenants, owners, or vendors.
On the Tenant Portal, you can publish documents such as:
- Late Rent Notices
- Rent Receipts
- Lease Renewals
- Rent Reminders
- Emails/Letters.
On the Owner Portal, you can publish:
- Owner Reports
- Emails or Letters
On the Vendor Portal, you can publish:
- Vendor Reports
- Emails or Letters
As the Property Manager or Landlord, you have full control over which documents or attachments you want to publish to each portal.
For example, to publish a Late Rent Notice to the Tenant Portal, follow these steps:
- Click on the “Tenants” tab to go to the Tenant Center page.
- In the Tenant Center, click on “Generate Late Rent Notice,” which will open a new page.
- On the Late Rent Notice page, select the tenant by clicking the checkbox, then click “Publish Late Rent Notices” at the bottom of the page.
Once published, the document will be available for the tenant to view on their Tenant Portal. This process can be similarly used for Owners and Vendors.
