Yes, you can easily keep track of maintenance requests, building maintenance, and work orders through our Task Center. To create a new task, follow these steps:
- From the navigation bar, click on “Tasks” to access the Task Center.
- Once in the Task Center, click on the “Add Task” link. This will open a new page where you can enter details about the task or maintenance request.
- Provide a brief title for the task, select the priority level from the dropdown menu, and give a short description of the task.
- You can then select the property and unit associated with the task, and if needed, assign the task to a vendor by choosing an assignee from the dropdown list.
- Once all the necessary information is entered, click “Save” to create the task.
This feature allows you to efficiently manage and track all maintenance tasks and work orders, ensuring smooth communication and task delegation between property managers, tenants, and vendors.
