Can I create recurring tasks for regularly scheduled activities?
Yes, you can create recurring tasks for regularly scheduled activities in the Task Center, so you don’t have to create tasks manually each time. To set up a series of recurring tasks, follow these steps:

From the navigation bar, click on “Tasks” to access the Task Center.
- In the Task Center, click on the “Add Task” link to open a new page where you can enter the task details. Provide a brief title and other relevant information about the task.
- Click on “Repeat” to set the task as recurring. Select the frequency for the task—Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly—depending on how often the task needs to be performed.

Then, choose when you want the recurring task to end by selecting one of the following options:
- “Never” if you want the task to continue indefinitely.
- “After occurrences” to specify the number of times the task should repeat.
- “On” to set a specific end date for the task series.
- If needed, you can assign the task to a vendor using the “Assignee” dropdown. Finally, save the task to complete the setup.
This feature ensures that your recurring tasks are automatically generated, making task management more efficient and organized.
