When SimplifyEm collects a rent payment online, the Owner's or property manager's account is updated every step of the way, and the worksheet is updated with the payment received. Owners or property managers also receive a monthly cash flow report that details these transactions. SimplifyEm automatically allocates payments against the rent due date, but Owners can later add notes or attachments to the transaction.
