3 Options Realty is a brand new company formed out of a perceived economic necessity to adapt to a faltering sales market. Our founder, Dan Wilhelm, recognized that agents were having difficulty getting their listings sold, and that prospective buyers were having an equally difficult time qualifiying for conforming home loans. A new approach was needed if agents were going to survive this challenging period, and if consumers were to find viable home solutions.
