Real Living All Florida Realty as we know it today actually started taking form many years ago. The Broker/Owner, David Bessette, purchased his first rental property in Daytona Beach at the age of 16. That started what would become an extremely diversified career in the real estate industry. While working as a real estate appraiser in Orlando, David met his wife, Pamela, and in 1979 they moved back to Daytona Beach and opened their own appraisal company. In 1986 they branched out and purchased a property management company that had been in business since 1972, changing the name to All Florida Property Management. Then, in 1997, they purchased another company with offices statewide and became All Florida Realty Services, Inc.
