Originally from Southern Iran (Ahwaz), Manzar moved to Southern California in 1974 and has been a San Francisco/Bay Area resident since 1993. She started buying real estate in her twenties and has become a successful real estate investor. With properties in a number of locations, worldwide, Manzar experienced many different property management services. In 2006, Manzar started her own firm to combine all of the positive qualities she appreciated from her own property managers.
