Barcelon Associates have more than three decades of experience working in the senior housing field. We manage both affordable and market-rate senior facilities in many communities in Northern California. We will manage properties with as few as 50 units, up to hundreds of units. We provide oversight, and an entire range of management services, including on-site social service coordination. The guiding principles in our management of senior housing is a focus on the person, our senior resident.
