As a licensed real estate agent managing mobile home parks, manufactured home communities, apartment complexes, shopping centers and land development, his knowledge and experience is very broad. Dick was elected and served several terms as Vice President and as Chair of WMA committees. Dick was also awarded with the Wallace E Carr Award, WMA\'s most prestigious honored award.
