The company’s portfolio is comprised of office buildings, shopping centers and downtown parking garages. The corporate office is located in the Whitney Bank - River Oaks building at 4265 San Felipe, Suite 750, Houston TX 77027 just inside the 610 West Loop. All leasing, accounting, human resources, property management, construction management and acquisition functions are handled through this office. The company also has a property management satellite office at 10375 Richmond to better service its tenants in west Houston.
