Boatwright Investments, LLC was organized in 2004 and immediately purchased its first apartment building. Renovations began that summer to add central air conditioning, update electric services, add a laundry facility, upgrade kitchens and appliances, paint, etc. Currently, Boatwright Investments owns 29 rental units. Each unit has been painstakingly upgraded in order to provide our tenants a safe, comfortable, and attractive place to call "Home." We are always available to inspect and maintain our properties. It is our goal to take care of problems before they happen, so our tenants can enjoy their home in peace.
