To date,Capstone has partnered with more colleges and universities to develop student housing than any other firm — 57 campuses / 35,000+ beds. Our total student housing development experience — both on and off campus — reflects $2.9 billion in total project costs and just over 57,000 beds. As a reflection of the confidence we have earned from our collegiate partners, Capstone has been awarded twenty-three additional phases of on-campus student housing at fifteen campuses, after completing the initial phase. Our on-campus management division manages 19,000+ beds on eighteen different campuses.
