Certified Management, Inc. was established in 1973 to provide the highest quality community association services available in the State of Hawaii. We have a reputation for providing excellent customer service. Beginning with one condominium property, Certified Management, Inc. has flourished and become the largest association management firm in the State of Hawaii. The President of Certified is Jim McKellar (Roosevelt \'58). In 2001, Certified acquired the Fidelity Management Company accounts. Then on November 19, 2002, Certified acquired the Chaney Brooks association management accounts. On June 3,2003 Certified welcomed Island Property Management on Maui to its portfolio. On July 1, 2005, Property Management Hawaii\'s community association accounts in Kona was acquired. In July of 2006, Certified acquired a resort business in Kihei, Maui, AA Oceanfront. The company now serves over 380 associations on four islands.
