Charter Oak Communities (COC), chartered in 1939 as The Housing Authority of the City of Stamford, has launched a new Website for residents, prospective renters and future homeowners, landlords, financial and government partners and the greater Stamford community. According to Vincent Tufo, Executive Director of Charter Oak Communities, the new Website is another positive step in achieving the COC mission of providing safe, affordable housing for Stamford residents, and in helping residents achieve housing and financial independence.
