Corner Post Company is a medium sized property management company that has been in business since 1996. We specialize in single family homes and handle all sizes of rental units and commercial properties in the greater Albuquerque metro area. Corner Post Company also manages all sizes of Home Owner’s Association’s. Our staff consists of our Qualifying Broker and Owner Tammy Golding. Tammy has over 20 years experience in the Albuquerque property management market and has been a real estate broker for over 25 years. Jim Irwin, who is Tammy’s dad, is our associate broker. He has been in the real estate business since 1976 with experience in farm and ranch sales, and real estate auctions. He joined Tammy in 1996 in the property management business. Our support staff consists of Linda Kizer who is our receptionist and Eugena Milliorn who is our bookkeeper. Betty Heisler and Connie Graham administrative assistants.
