Since incorporation in 1998, Commercial Property Management Services (known in the market as “CPMS”), has been locally owned and operated by its primary partners, C. Gene Van Vleck and his wife, Pamela K. Van Vleck. With over fifty years of combined professional real estate experience, Pamela and C. Gene Van Vleck were recognized by the National Association of Realtors in 1996 as the “Number One Property Management Team in the Nation”. Pamela and Gene have been responsible for the management of over 8 million square feet of commercial properties throughout their career. Pamela was also recognized in 2004 as one of ‘Florida’s Top Women in Commercial Real Estate”.
