CR Property Services, Inc. was founded by Brian Kloft. Brian started off in commercial leasing, but he quickly transitioned into property management. After Brian had managed and leased properties for a while he got the opportunity to start up a major commercial leasing company\'s property management division. He grew this management company to the point of managing more than 46 commercial properties. When Brian decided to open up his own company, he decided to expand beyond just commercial properties and include all investment properties. Brian felt that there were many owners that owned many different types of investment real estate at the same time, and that they should be able to have one company take care of their entire portfolio. CR Property Services, Inc. was started in March of 2002. The goal was to focus on property management for commercial and residential properties. Property management is an often overlooked, almost after-thought, for many investors. CR Property Services is dedicated to helping investors manage their properties.
