Like all great inventions, Dalie Realty and Management was created out of a necessity. While working as a sales agent with some of the largest firms in Atlanta and representinghome buyers, sellers and investors, Dana Possick, the Owner and Managing Broker, was constantly asked \"Who do you recommend to management my properties?\" Whether he suggested the largest firms or the small ones, the feedback was at best luke warm. As the investors and fellow agents kept seeking a great property management company, Dana realized that there just wasn\'t a single property management company that has an excellent reputation. So, after years of studying the market, selling over 200 homes, learning the tricks of the trade as well as landlord/tenant laws, Dana took the challange and launched Dalie Management Group. After working solo for 3 years and learning the ropes, Dana launched Dalie Realty and Management.
