Desert Realty was established in 1973. The Robertson family purchased the company in 1980. By 1983 C. Terry Robertson, broker, was in the process of converting the sales agency to a property management company. Although Desert Realty is licensed as a full service real estate company, over 85% of its income is derived from property management. Desert Realty has always specialized in the management of single-family homes and small apartment complexes.
