Dominion Properties Virginia was established in 2001, and is active in property management in the Greater Richmond area. Since our beginning, our focus has expanded from primarily managing rental homes for ourselves, to also offering our property management services to select contract clients. Since our inception, we have strived to maintain our "hands-on" approach to management that has been a cornerstone of our success. During all phases of project management, we are present to review and revise project goals, evaluate work completed, and provide day-to-day direction. This "hands-on" method continues to serve us well.
