At a recent annual meeting, we were gratified to hear one of the homeowners address the Association membership by stating: "I have lived at other properties, managed by other management companies, and what we have at our complex is really quite unique. With EPI as our managing agent, we have the better of two worlds. They provide our Board of Directors with the professionalism that comes from knowledge and years of experience, and our homeowners with personal attention that comes from a truly dedicated and caring staff."
