Originally headquartered in the Reston / Tyson\'s Corner area, Suzanne continued to grow and expand Jefferson Commercial to over three million square feet of office, medical, industrial, and retail space with forty direct employees. Thirteen years later, in 2000, Suzanne sold the assets of Jefferson Commercial Real Estate Services, Inc. The new owners retained Suzanne in an advisory role to ensure a successful transition.
