Mr. Eisenstein has been active in the Southern California real estate market, buying and selling his own properties since 1998. After acquiring his real estate salesperson’s license in 2003, Mr. Eisenstein began working full time in property management at a Los Angeles based firm. Mr. Eisenstein has become familiar with all facets of property management, focusing on owner / management relationships, tenant / management relationships, property management accounting and maintenance. In 2005 Mr. Eisenstein completed the DRE accredited Property Management course, which covers all areas of property management and contains a special focus on property management ethics. In 2006 Mr. Eisenstein founded Ironstone Property Management, Inc. Since that time, Mr. Eisenstein has specialized in overseeing IPM’s low income properties and has worked closely with the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles. Mr. Eisenstein is also a Certified Community Association Manager®, as recognized by the California Association of Community Managers
