The company was founded by John and Barbara Kocmur in 1986. Many of the company’s San Diego assets have been owned and managed for over 20 years, including the Plaza Del Mar Office Campus in Del Mar/Carmel Valley, Governor Plaza in La Jolla and the Morehouse Building in Sorrento Mesa.
