We eliminate the cumbersome duties involved with being a landlord such as rent collection, tenant screening and placement, resident relations, property maintenance and evictions or disputes.

A key factor in JMaxx Properties success has been our approach of no upfront leasing costs to owners with vacant homes as well as no manage fees on vacant properties. Our tenant placement fee is equal to half of one month's rent.This amount is simply deducted from your first profit check - meaning no upfront costs to you.We will manage every aspect of your single family home rental, including property marketing, tenant placement, rent collection, and maintenance calls. Requests for maintenance are logged and a daily follow up is made by the Maintenance Manager to ensure prompt response time. Our monthly management fee is 8% or $75 minimum whichever is greater. No termination fees and no fees due on vacant homes.
