Our family has been associated with the Verde Valley for nearly 25 years. We manage for rent, small commercial, single family and apartment residential properties. We are a father-daughter team that loves to work together. Dad, Les, is the licensed broker and daughter, Jodie, is a licensed real estate agent. Between us, we have 31 years of property management experience. While the most recent experience is in the private sector as licensed real estate agents, both of us worked for the government in facilities management and managed state buildings. We also worked for State Risk Management and have an insurance background. Our goal is to keep this a small family business so we can provide quality service to the owners and tenants. Our residential rentals are unfurnished and we do not handle vacation rentals. All of our managed properties are located in the Verde Valley: Cottonwood, Clarkdale, Jerome, Cornville, Bridgeport, and Verde Villages. We are a brokerage licensed with the State of Arizona Department of Real Estate. We chose to develop our business exclusively focused on Property Management with the occasional property sale.
