I have worked as a Property Manager and Rental Agent for many years in Southern California and in the Florida cities of Naples, Cape Coral, Fort Myers and Lehigh Acres. L.Cramer & Associates, Inc currently manages over 400 properties with a staff of 10 employees to service our customers needs. Our company services the cities of Cape Coral, Lehigh Acres, and Fort Myers Florida ( all of Lee County). I re-located to the Lee County area in 2003, after spending twenty-five years in Southern California. My professional experience as a property manager includes the rental management of over 400 units in Naples, Florida for several US Homes private gated communities. Previously, I developed my own Property Management and Rental Company in Marina Del Rey California for five years. Prior to that, I worked in general Real Estate as a top producer for Coldwell Banker, Prudential and Jon Douglas real estate companies involved in land development, commercial, industrial and residential real estate for fifteen years.
