MPM was founded after realizing the impact that poorly maintained rental properties had on property values of homes in the neighborhood. We started helping family and friends manage their rental properties and learned quickly the ins and outs of dealing with contractors, housing codes and landlord/tenant laws. In an effort to help more people maintain the benefits of their rental properties without facing the hassles of tenants, maintenance and up keep Maggannie Property Management LLC was created.
