Please take a moment to review the abbreviated profiles of the professionals that provide this high level of service. Gene R. Maionchi, CPM Gene R. Maionchi is the owner/broker of Mark III Management Company. Gene has been providing professional property management in the greater Sacramento area since 1974. He received his Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation in 1985 and currently is a member of Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM), National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM),Sacramento Association of Realtors (SAR), California Association of Realtors (CAR), and National Association of Realtors (NAR).Gene received his degree in business in 1972 from Shasta College. He is currently in his fourth term as Treasurer for the Sacramento chapter of NARPM. Gene takes great pride in the fact that some of his existing clients have been with him since he began in this business in 1974 and many more that have been with Mark III Management for over twenty years. Barbara Barrows, Property Manager Barbara started in the property management field in 1981, working at River Valley Properties Inc. and performing all office management duties as well as bookkeeping, maintenance requests and other tenant related requirements. She left River Valley Properties in 1988 when her oldest child was born. Her departure coincided with the sale of River Valley Properties management to TRI Property Management. After a break for maternity leave, she went to work with TRI Property Management in the bookkeeping department. Staying until 1991, Barbara then accepted a position as bookkeeper for Global Investments. Her bookkeeping duties included multi-unit residential and commercial properties. She handled all bookkeeping responsibilities of the owners until 1999. In 2003, Barbara accepted a position at Sacramento Delta Property Management, starting out as the receptionist in the South Sacramento branch office, then transferring to administrative assistant to one of the Property Managers. Her duties then included handling tenant maintenance requests, preparing leases, tracking vacancy turnover maintenance and advertising, preparing 3-Day Notices for agent, maintaining filing and preparing correspondence for agent. In 2005, Barbara accepted a position with Laughton Properties as the bookkeeper, handling multi-unit residential properties. Her duties included processing all rent collections, bank deposits, paying vendors, preparing delinquency and accounts receivable reports, and assisting the controller with owner statement preparation. In 2006, Barbara began pursuing her California Real Estate license, passing the state exam in January 2007; and in August 2007 she joined Mark III Management as a property manager, overseeing a diverse portfolio. Peggy Jo Robinson, RMP Having established herself in Sacramento property management arena for 24 years, Peggy Jo Robinson has managed single family, duplex, condo/townhome and apartment units representing her investor\'s interests in finding and maintaining qualified applicants. She is involved in the collection of rents, maintenance, financials, tenant complaints/coordination and inspections of these units. Peggy hold a BS degree for the University of Montana, is a California real estate licensed agent and currently has the National Association of Residential Property Manager\'s (NARPM) designation of \"Residential Management Professional\" (RMP). Steve Brooks, Property Manager Steve Brooks has been managing large and small apartment buildings as well as single family homes for over 14 years. Steve holds M.S. and B.S. Degrees from U. C. Davis where he graduated with high honors and is a member of Phi Kappa Phi honor society. Steve is past president of Sacramento’s Chapter of National Association of Residential Property Managers, past golf tournament chairman, past web site chairman, and past treasurer. He is also a member of the Sacramento chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management. He holds the Certified Property Management (CPM) designation which is the highest designation in property management. Gary McGraw, Realtor Gary McGraw handles Real Estate sales at Mark III Management Co. He is a licensed Realtor and a member in good standing with Sacramento Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors as well as the National Association of Realtors. With a background in Real Estate Sales, Real Estate Development and Real Estate Investment, Gary offers you a broad range of experience to assist you with your Real Estate needs. He always puts himself in your position when he represents you as a Buyer or as a Seller and he does “whatever it takes” to work on your behalf during every part of your transaction. Gary’s office is located in the office of Mark III Management Co. where he works closely with our Property Managers. If you are selling rental property that we currently manage, he makes sure that your current Tenant(s) have minimal disruption during the transition. He also works directly with our “Licensed” vendors to make sure that any necessary repairs and inspections are completed in a timely and cost effective manner. Gary’s specialty is working with out of town owner’s that want someone to personally follow up on every detail of their sale. He also works with Buyer’s and welcomes all referrals.
