"orthern Management has its roots in the Y-K Delta, where Anthony Caole, Division Manager, began working as Tribal Administrator for the Native Village of Kwinhagak in 1993. During a few short years, Mr. Caole worked hand-in-hand with community leaders and staff to rebuild the community and restructure its governing systems. Starting as a one-man administration, Mr. Caole guided the Tribe and later the City through several years of intense development, culminating with the merger of the City and Tribe in 1996.
