During the 1990\'s Michael ran the Phoenix Regional Office for Pinnacle Realty Management, overseeing management and brokerage activities throughout the Southwest. In 2001, Michael left Pinnacle and formed ParaWest Community Development as an Investment Consulting firm providing services to Affordable Housing Developers. ParaWest initially entered into a Codevelopment Partnership with Paramount Financial Corp., an Affordable Housing Developer/Financier, and wholly owned subsidiary of GMAC Commercial Mortgage Corporation, and in March of 2003 redirected into \"ParaWest Management\" to serve a broader range of Apartment Investor/Owners.
