Doug Foppe has over 26 years of experience in Property Management including evaluation, renovation and supervision of multifamily assets. Doug holds a B.A. in Accounting from The University of Cincinnati. In 1986, Doug received the distinction of becoming a Certified Property Manager through the Institute of Real Estate Management. Doug began his career in 1976 working as a Commercial Loan officer with Home Federal Bank. Doug then began his property management career with Towne Properties in Cincinnati Ohio where he was directly responsible for 1800 condominium units, and 1200 apartment units throughout the State of Ohio. He then joined Jacques-Miller Property Management in 1984 as a District Manager responsible for the operations and management of 5026 Apartments in five states. Doug joined Berkshire Asset Management in 1988 as a Regional Director supervising operations and management of 3280 apartments in 4 states. In 1989 Doug joined Carter Haston Real Estate Services, Inc. as a Partner where he was responsible for the operations of 28 partnerships in the Southeastern United States. His responsibilities included implementation and supervision of all property/asset management as well as the evaluation of prospective acquisitions totaling 5900 units. Doug still has General Partner interest in 18 of the Carter Haston assets totaling 3,372 units. In 2000 Doug formed the Prominent Realty Group of Georgia, Inc., a property management firm responsible for the operation and supervision of 12 partnerships across the Southeastern United States valued over $210 million and the renovation of over 3500 units totaling over $10.7 million.
