Leasing-  R.D. House screens all tenants for credit and criminal history, was well as verification of landlord and employment references, negotiate and execute leases, administer lease renewals, and manage tenant turnovers, ensuring your property is properly turned back and that it is available on market as quickly as possible.

Property maintenance- Being proactive, being responsive, and using qualified vendors is the basis of our maintenance program.  We provide an online maintenance request service for tenants to report routine issues, as well as a 24x7 emergency hotline for critical issues.

Funds management- we collect and deposit rents, manage vendor and property related payments, and provide a monthly financial statement and cash flow disbursement based upon income received and expenses incurred using our eStatement service, which includes direct deposit of your funds and an email copy of your statements each month.
