Patricia Arredondo, owner of Rental Works Plus Real Estate Services has been in property management since 1990. She started working in commercial management. She has been a licensed Realtor since 1994 when she began residential property management. She also has a BBA in Finance. In January 2002, Pat started her own real estate office in The Colony, Texas, bringing her property management expertise to the North Dallas Metroplex. She is specializing in Frisco, The Colony, Lewisville, Flower Mound, Carrollton and West Plano.
