Right Choice screens each tenant, by doing a credit check, checking with previous landlords, checking  references and employers so that you have a reliable tenant.  We will care for your investment as we would our own.  Our goal is to give you customer service beyond your expectations as Right Choice Rentals is the Right Choice for you……
 
Right Choice takes pictures of both the inside and outside before leased, have a walk-thru with the new tenants in which all items are checked and the walk-thru is signed to confirm the condition of the property before the tenants are given keys to the property.  We do quarterly check-ups on the property inside and out. When a tenant changes, we provide check out inspections as well.
 
Right choice gives you the choice on how the property is maintained,  you  may choose to take care of the maintenance or  have us take care of all or part of the  maintenance. Right Choice takes care of cleaning/painting/fixing when tenants move out. Our Skillful technicians are certified, licensed, bonded, insured, and available for 24 hour emergency service.
