Lori Phelan moved to Sacramento in 1985, partnered up with a friend to start their own beauty salon in her early 20\'s. Her wonderful father encouraged her to get her real estate license to help him buy investment property. Making people feel good about themselves was her first love, but she soon found out she had another talent; helping people find their perfect home or find investment properties to help them become financially free. Real Estate was fast becoming another love. In 2001, her husband, as well as their 10 year old son, took to the high seas on their 35´ sailboat. Their daughter stayed home for college and took care of the house. Sailing 1 year on, 1 year off, they cruised in the Gulf of Mexico, Bahamas, Jamaica, Colombia, Panama and through the Panama Canal. Heading almost due west across the South Pacific to Australia, up through Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and finally to Thailand. After 16,000 ocean miles, she is now anchored back in the Sacramento area to give back to her community and to continue to help more and more people find their perfect home.
