Under the direction of owner Thomas C. Mannschreck, the company specializes in market-rate apartments, tax credit apartments, assisted-living facilities, townhomes, and suburban professional office buildings. Since our first project, a 12-unit apartment complex, Thomas Development has built or developed more than 2,600 apartment units with a value of over $165 million. Our portfolio includes more than 700 apartment units and 100,000 square feet of commercial buildings, and our current development projects include 96 tax credit apartments in eastern Idaho.
