While the WCB Properties team formerly ran Hillman Properties for almost two decades, guiding the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania-based investment company in the acquisition and development of urban high rise, suburban office, industrial, retail, mixed use, hotel, resort and residential properties, today’s WCB Properties is no longer affiliated with Hillman Properties. Since the formation of WCB Properties in 1994, the team has acquired and/or developed over $1.4 billion of commercial properties in 14 states.
