Wolin-Levin traces its rich history back to 1950 when the company was founded by Leon Wolin and Norman Levin. The company began with just one rental property in Hyde Park. Over the next thirty-five years, they built a business exclusively devoted to rental property management. In 1978, Robert Levin joined the company, bringing a wealth of financial experience and ideas for growth to the partnership. Soon thereafter, Wolin-Levin entered the field of HOA, cooperative and condominium management. The company is now headquartered in River North and maintains its flagship office in Hyde Park.
