Yancey-Hausman, founded in 1971 by William C. Yancey, Jr. and Craig R. Hausman is an organization that boasts a successful track record. Today, Yancey-Hausman offers an array of services that include development, leasing, investment sales, and property management. These activities are performed for clients of Yancey-Hausman as well as for our own projects. To provide the quality services, Yancey-Hausman currently has a full-time staff in excess of 45 employees operating from offices in Houston and Austin.
