- Go to the Tenant Center
- Select the Property and Tenant:
- Click the Green Online Payments Button: Once the tenant is selected, look for the green “Online Payments” button
- Configure Payment Settings: After clicking the button, you’ll be prompted to adjust the payment settings.
- Click on Setup and Invite:
- The tenants can use the link they have received to setup the tenant portal.
This process allows you to enable and customize online rent payments for specific tenants, streamlining rent collection and ensuring timely payments.

- First, set up Online Rent Payment for the specific tenant or unit. This setup is simple and can be done within the tenant’s account in the software.
