To enable online rent payments for a specific property, unit, or tenant in SimplifyEm.com Property Management Software, follow these detailed steps:

1. Go to the Tenant Center
2. Select the Property and Tenant:
3. Click the Green Online Payments Button: Once the tenant is selected, look for the green “Online Payments” button

 

 

4. Configure Payment Settings: After clicking the button, you’ll be prompted to adjust the payment settings.

 

 

5. Click on Setup and Invite:

 

 

6. The tenants can use the link they have received to setup the tenant portal.
