How can I add the owner’s information to a property?
Add Owner Information
Property managers overseeing multiple properties for different clients can assign individual owner names to each property, enabling them to generate tailored reports for each owner.
To add owner information to a property, you must have a Property Manager account. If you don’t already have one, you can select the “Property Manager” option when creating your SimplifyEm account. If you already have an account, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Property List page and select Property Manager from the top-left corner. This will set “Self” as the default property owner for all properties in your account.
- To add specific owner details, click the Add Property link on the Property List page.
- Complete all required fields and then click Continue.
- Once completed, you will see both the property address and the owner’s name listed on the Property List page.
This process allows you to maintain organized records and produce individual reports for each property owner with ease.
