How to Pay Rent with Card?

Yes, tenants can pay rent online using their credit card with SimplifyEm. However, to do so, their Online Rent Payment account must be set up and active. If tenants haven’t activated online rent payments yet, they can refer to the FAQ titled “How do I setup Online Rent Payment for my tenant?” for detailed instructions.

Once online rent payment is enabled, tenants can make a one-time payment through the system. To pay with a credit card, they need to navigate to the “MAKE ONE TIME PAYMENT” section. Here, they should enter the amount they wish to pay and select “Credit Card” from the available payment methods in the dropdown menu.

When selecting the credit card option, a new section will appear where tenants must provide their credit card details. All required fields should be filled in accurately, including card number, expiration date, and security code. After completing these steps, tenants can click the “Make One Time Payment” button to submit their payment.

This process ensures tenants can conveniently pay rent using their credit card without any hassle.
