Will I be notified when the tenant is setup and ready for Online Rent Payment?
Yes, you will be notified once the tenant is fully set up and ready for Online Rent Payment. After the tenant has completed the setup process and successfully verified their bank account information, SimplifyEm Property Management Software will send a notification to both the landlord and the tenant. This notification will confirm that the Online Rent Payment feature is now ACTIVE , and it will also inform you when the first online rent payment is expected to occur.
In addition to the email notification, your SimplifyEm account will be updated to reflect the tenant’s profile as ACTIVE status for online payments.
This ensures that you are always aware of the tenant’s payment setup status and that you can track when payments are being processed. The notification system helps streamline communication between the landlord and tenant, making the rent payment process more transparent and efficient.
