Why aren’t my rent transactions showing up on the Tenant Rent Allocation report?
If any rent payments entered on the worksheet are not properly allocated to rent dues, they will not show up as rent received in the tenant payment history report. Instead, these payments will be listed as “unallocated amounts” for the month in which the transaction occurred.
To ensure accurate records, you must allocate these unallocated payments to the correct rent due date. This step is necessary for the payment to be reflected as rent received on the tenant’s history report.
